The modern facilities offered by Hall 5 at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre made the venue the ideal choice for The Storytellers. The specialist live communications agency, were commissioned by a leading European manufacturing organisation to assist it implement an operational change programme. As world leaders in the use of narrative and storytelling techniques, The Storytellers, transformed Hall 5 into an immersive experience aimed at achieving its client’s business objective.

Senior management from the 20,000 strong organisation were invited to the event which was divided into three spaces comprising theatre seating for 150 facing a stage with a presentation screen and two experiential breakouts spaces. The innovative concept for the set-design, based on the client’s core business together with a carefully managed programme of presentations and digital tools all combined together to educate and inform the client’s senior management.

Central to the day’s events was the ’big reveal’ of a large lorry parked in the centre of the venue. With Hall 5 being such a flexible space, it offered roller shutter doors and a floor loading capacity more than adequate for heavy plant and machinery, meaning it could handle this requirement without issue.
