The Innovation Zone

The Farnborough International Airshow will this year host the Innovation Zone, an area dedicated to the Research and Technology sector offering a platform to showcase the latest technological advances to an audience of leading businesses, governments and peers from around the world.

Open everyday during show week, the Innovation Zone will feature some of the leading Research and Innovation enterprises including Universities, RTOs, members of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult Centres and the Centres for Innovative Manufacturing, all offering exhibitions and demonstrations that will be of interest to both trade and public visitors alike. In particular, on the Friday of show week, the Zone will host a variety of initiatives that will engage our younger audience as part of Futures Day.

Exhibiting in the Innovation Zone

The Innovation Zone will be located in an enviable position outside the main exhibition halls flanked by the dedicated exhibition spaces of EADS and BAE Systems both of which will attract many visitors. With the high footfall of visitors predicted, centres for research and innovation will have one of the best opportunities to gain the widest exposure.
