UAS have been on static display at the Farnborough International Airshow for several years; however FIA 2010 saw the highly successful introduction of UAS flying displays which took place both indoors and outdoors.
To exhibit UAS in outdoor static and/or flying displays, the organisers require the completion and submission of an application form. This form highlights the stipulations and restrictions of participation and will form the basis of your booking.
An online application form will be available in due course at www.farnborough.com and should be completed in conjunction with the Aircraft Regulations Section F. The deadline for aircraft display applications is 27th April 2012.

Unmanned aerial and ground systems are already widely used in the civil, defence and security sectors and the scope of their application is increasing all the time. The Unmanned Systems Showcase at Farnborough International Airshow 2012 is a platform for international manufacturers and operators to exhibit and demonstrate their products.
Farnborough International Airshow 2010 launched the first ever UAS Indoor Flying area at a UK aerospace exhibition which proved to be one of the most popular features of the show, widely attended by trade visitors and delegations.
The Unmanned Systems Showcase returns in 2012 and will once again be located in the heart of one of the exhibition halls. This bespoke area which is set to expand in 2012 will also feature a purpose-built net for flying and ground systems demonstrations and an Advice Clinic providing information for Exhibitors and Visitors on accreditation, insurance and regulation compliance.
A variety of packages are available to exhibit within this showcase.
